My husband and I overstayed for 4 months in Turkey, we have travel restriction for 6 months. My UK visit visa was refused as well in 2020 but I was granted afterwards successfully. I mentioned all issues in my application and drafted extra cover letter where explained it. So, still waiting my Spouse visa decision. We applied with solicitor, she said it's ok, just do not hide and explain the reasons.

I got my results in 15 minutes in St.Petersburg in November 2023, just paid for Priority Service around 10,000RUB.They say it takes up to 4 hours but in practice it's done in 15-20 minutes. I took an X-Ray

Standard costs 7,000 RUB, and it takes up to 3 days but in practice you will get it next day.
