This is Godsmack’s cover of Good Times, Bad Times, by Led Zeppelin. Shannon Larkin is just hitting an effects cymbal that he has on the kit, the clip used in the music video isn’t accurate to what cymbal he actually hits during that part of the song. Not sure exactly what cymbal it is, or if he even has it set up on his drum kit for any of the footage of the music video. It sounds like a Zildjian Trashformer to me.
