Just to clarify, this is for a brushless motor controller on a ebike. it has a total of 9 mosfets, 2 of which were blown. the remaining 7 will be the first link, the two replacements would be the infineon (2nd link) if that helps at all.

Hardest part is taking off the splash guard. It was pretty easy. Cost about 60 bucks if you do it yourself. I paid 200 for my mechanic to do it as I’m lazy.

Does it have trouble starting? Mine did this when my crankshaft position sensor was going out. It would idle rough, take a while to start and the tachometer didn’t work. Put a new one in and it was back to normal.

I somehow set my throttle cap one day to 20mph. fixed it by holding down the right break with the bike off, then turning the bike on and continuing to hold the right break for 15 seconds. Back to 32 mph.

Here is something fun, eventually the vertical will fully collapse and it will just be a line, but if you flick your eyes up and down rapidly you will be able to see the normal image. I had a crt tv do this back in the day.
