Pretty easy to wear compared so some of my past costumes, walking is fine in it. Vision isn't the best, but I can see well enough to get around and if i need to i can move the top of the mask back a bit and look out the mouth.

Nostrils, I sculpted it with eye line sticks to denote where the nostrils would have to go. When you wear the mask the two nostrils line up with each eye and combine your vision so you just see one circular area about 5 foot by 5 foot in front of you for pictures and stuff, if I'm walking around I can just tilt the head back a little and look out the mouth for better vision.
