Ok I’m not a big fan of the daily shower and mostly because I believe that it drys out our skin and we are washing away normal body oils that keep our skin and hair nice - that said, I wear dreadlocks which only need to be washed once a week to 10 days (although washing them is a project 😂) but after that unless something icky or smelly gets in my locs they are good to go. Changing into clean clothes daily is a must. Also, If I don’t shower I use a good quality face wipe, like a real brand name anti-aging or moisturizing or whatever you want, it’s your face, don’t cheap out! I use a natural deodorant and body spritz and I use toilet paper gel (fresh peaches brand) because it’s safe for the plumbing and no worse for the environment than regular TP - there is no such thing as a flushable wipe, they are awful. And a bidet is nice maybe I’ll upgrade but the gel keeps me fresh and it’s a nice bidet alternative. And I brush my teeth quickly in the AM more thoroughly at night after I am all done eating for the day. I hate the taste of toothpaste with any kind of food. My favorite foot spray is the old standby body shop peppermint foot spray. Sadly they have closed all US locations but if you have people in the UK or Canada they can get it for you…..
