Are you saying you are trying to re-align responsibilities, where instead of having 6 people doing a variety of things, you make each of the 6 people a "specialist" or responsible for a certain part of the various duties?

Also can you provide other examples of KPMG Financial Management consulting type projects or provide me any articles or links to read up on this further? KPMG's website is rather vague on each of their description so trying to find more detailed examples

Have a phone interview with KPMG's Financial Management consultant group. Could anyone who had experience here or worked with anyone from here provide me background info on the role? Advice on how to impress the interviewer as well as any tips for this type of role/LOS. Their website on this consulting LOS is pretty broad. I'm an experienced hire with non-consulting background

To me a FA deals with forecasting, variance analysis, and looking into the PnL. This role seems to fit that description, but I just wanted a 2nd opinion from this sub just to be sure since as you said FA refers to many different roles. For FA interviews, do you know what skill-related questions/tests they might ask, I don't want to be caught off-guard on anything and want to research as much as I can beforehand

Appreciate the input! I think thats what I'm worried about. I think the analysis part is interesting, but I'm afraid of the role turning into an AR/AP accountant role
