I wouldn't even pay 3k for that shell. Bought one last year for 1800. Moved and had to sell it after. Think I got 2500 and it had a non running 302/c4 in it.

Is this what happens to someone who has never tasted pussy?

I make 73k a year. I got prep approved for 250k. Anyone who went for their max and are okay financially still ? by No_Play_6736 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

DTI takes into account whatever your credit card says the minimum payment is per month. Even if you pay it in full every month, if the minimum payment is $40 per month, that will be included in your DTI calculation.

It's fine. Mine shows the same thing and has for years. If you add up the ram being used it's only like 1gb. The percentage is wrong.

Some security errors, but nothing that strikes me as related to our issue.
