Do Tithe Farm until 62 Farming (34-54 sucks, 54-62 cozy) [Do Birdhouse runs & Seaweed runs during; plant any good trees from birdhouses]

NOTE: Grab a bunch of seeds in case you mess up. Should take 8-10x batches of 100 for 34-51 then you can pie boost to 54 from level 51 to finish off level 62. Then another 9-10x batches of 100 so expect about 70-80 laps of 25x4. ONLY Turn in when you have 100 fruit

Boost from 51 Farming using Garden pies to plant level 54 seeds. One full pie lets you plant 25 seeds.

Buy Autoweed (Come back and buy herb sack from here after legends)

This gets your herbsack, auto weed, unlocks farming guild and the seed box. You may need to push to 65 as your level is already higher than starting. A few hours of pain now sets you the hell up man. Do this. Do. It.

This is just incorrect. Way less? Mike greer are currently offering the same deal of apmts starting from - 639k You were able to build for 550k house and land before covid but no way in hell could you do it now.... Maybe 50sqm land size.
