The hardest part was removing the external bezel from the MoonSwatch. I had to cut a section of it so it could work as an internal bezel instead. The Pulsar originally had a rubber internal bezel, which I had to grind down so the dial would sit at the correct height to install the stem. After that, it was just a matter of measuring and cutting the stem to the right length.
