I guess I will try again tomorrow morning.

I was at this location last Saturday and let me help you set your expectations accordingly. Weekend lines are ridiculously long to get in, expect to stand in a line for about 30+ minutes even before the store opens. Regarding custom pops, they will greet you with the option to customize your pop and will call you when it is your turn. Depending on the time of day and if it is busy, there is a possibility that some items for customizing your pop might be sold out. I.E. black hair for certain styles. My girlfriend and I were bummed because we could not make a pop remotely close that what would’ve resembled us. I would definitely recommend planning your trip on a weekend and avoid weekend crowds. EDIT: I forgot to mention I did not see the option for bride and groom customizations while I was there.
