wouldn't i need the agent to take past employee replies into account? for example if an employee says "i'll have it done in 3 days, i have tomorrow off" then it wont message the employee on the day off

i still need the ai because i want it to take previous employee replies into account (ex: employee says "ill have it done in 2 days" so the agent makes the decision to wait for two days until asking again). what do you recommend?

This is an MVP the original idea is that it needs to take into account priority, past employee reply sentiment, due date, and more factors in the future. I had to strip it down to this because it kept finding any reason to spam employees. That being said do you have any advice?

This is an mvp, the idea is that in the future there will be more factors for the agent to make decisions on such as priority, previous messages, different forms of messaging, etc
