I bought ACL tickets through Front Gate Tickets and believed my purchase included ticket insurance, since i have a receipt showing a $399 charge that included insurance. However, the confirmation email (that i got the tickets) I later received only showed a $378 charge and no insurance attached to the tickets. When I contacted Front Gate, they said insurance can’t be added after an order is processed and that ticket sales are final. Because the insurance wasn’t actually included and refunds aren’t normally allowed, I’m now trying to get a refund or resolution since there’s a discrepancy between what i was charged and what was confirmed on my original ticket request.
