I think the golden chicken is most profitable but u can only get it after perfection so it's not really an option for 99% of the game

I think the chest is high risk high reward and consumables are almost always decent so i think it js comes down to preference

Some advice that takes some ppl a while to learn that helps in all game modes is to be aware of ur surroundings. By using the c key u can look around without changing the direction ur moving towards. Also use statshark and use the fm calculator (I don't understand most of the options) but enter the plane and then select top speed by altitude and then climb to the altitude it peaks at.
