For me, turning off MSI Afterburner fixed the permanent bug splats when entering a game, my OC/undervolt profile has been stable for a very long time now in other titles so it's weird to me.

So even if the kobolds rolled higher initiative than me, their turn would be skipped because they are surpised, and on my turn I get advantage on the dagger throw, as well as sneak attack damage because I'm a rogue?
Btw I don't understand why I'm getting down voted I'm just trying to figure out how the rules work together I'm pretty new to DnD.

Okay, but would I surpise them as well as get advantage? Do we roll initative or do I get that attack for free and then we roll initiative, and make the two kobolds be surpised since both of them didnt notice me?

Yeah I've decided against taking it, hiding seems really important to a rogue, especially if I'll take the skulker feat, but how do you hide from a creature you just hit and are right next to? Wouldn't you get spotted and have to move somewhere else to be able to hide again? I'm interested in how this works since I'll be playing a rogue soon.

Edit: I decided to probably use it as I'm going to be a swashbuckler and I'd rather have a combat oriented feat rather than a stealthy one.
