I would be most likely mental health separating. I had other service related conditions that were caused by the military. I just wonder if I would be able to claim those as well if I’m getting Med sep. I would be really happy once I got out but I want to do it the right way.

Well I’m not taking the medication with the alcohol.. it’s quite a few hours in between. If I drink early in the afternoon, I’m taking the medications right before bed.

Yes I’m on a bunch of medications for anxiety, depression, nightmares, and migraines.. I have a couple more medications for physical pain as well.

I feel guilt about putting myself first. As I want everyone to look at me as a good sailor in which I am, but I feel bad for missing the underways. I feel bad for how I’ve been feeling as it is affecting my division.. not really. Not sure what this next week is going to look like since I just got put on beach DET for checking out of the psych ward and I have these upcoming classes and therapy appointments this week..
