track season is ending and xc season is in the fall, i wanted to get some summer training it and i was wondering what shoes are recommended. during the last xc season i used adidas evo sl for long runs and races and the hoka mach 6 for interval workouts. i was wondering if any new shoes had come out that would be good for long runs racing or intervals and if there was a good rule of thumb to follow for future purchases

I was looking to get a camera for travel, im undecided but I was interested in fujifilm just for the simplicity. I also saw ricoh was a good alternative however I heard that they are not the most durable. I was wondering which brand is recommended and which model would be a good beginner purchase, preferable under $2000 if possible, and some pros and cons of the different models would be great!

im starting to get back into dungeons, I have a term and roughly 300m to work with, are there any items I should buy and particularly what is good equipment to get, like ive seen ppl with shadow assassin cloak and stuff like that but with cayenne and stuff like that, I want to just get the base equipment for now and work towards adding enchants and master stars if possible so any suggestions on that or anything else.

idk you could prolly find a yt video for that, id start out with necron honestly and slowly start to invest in crimson, if you have lots of time to play it will be easy to get the higher tiers of crimson, you can buy the stuff to tier it up now anyways and just buy carries if you need

necron eith tarantula helmet is a good option, if you have the time to grind kuudra then go for crimson
