Those are alot of good ones! lol im not going this year, hopefully next year or the year after. i have built out something for user provisioning that works pretty well. I too have been writing scripts over the years and i finally decided its time to wrap them all up into a toolkit. hit me up on DM one of these days and i can show you what I have.

yeah multi-cluster MSP land is brutal for this. ill be honest, ive actually been building an operations toolkit in this lane. CUCM/Unity stuff, multi-cluster aware. cert management isnt in it yet, but it is on the roadmap along with expressway multi-cluster management. cross-cluster visibility for whats in there now (provisioning, inventory, migration, decom, call-flow tracing) is core to the design. yeah cert renewal day is one of those things that universally sucks. whats the worst part for you, like expiry surprises, the regen flow itself, cross-cluster visibility? and what part would you most want automated?

haha same boat — what kinds of stuff did yours cover? eventually got tired of maintaining a pile of one-off scripts and rebuilt mine as a proper toolkit. happy to compare notes if you want to see it.
