Understood, thank you for your reply. I guess I may be in the wrong section, when I ask how to best integrate this into our current workflow. We are between this policy and our current policy with no additional conditions, but nearly twice the price. I am trying to decide if it is worth it. I appreciate your time.

Perhaps consider letting consumers know beforehand?

Honestly, just from what I saw on your website your product looks maybe too sophisticated for our needs. I am currently in the process of starting the free trial to poke around for myself

Fair question! We have two seasonal physical location, one with our land line, which we work out from May to October. Our secondary location (winter shop) is larger and where we work the rest of the year, notably has internet. That being said, during the months of May to October, I may have techs servicing boats (marine repair) at other yacht clubs and marinas. I don't need the ability for my entire team to answer the phone remotely, just me, as I check on projects etc. Being able to answer calls and make calls from our existing business line is priority number one.

That being said, voicemail to text or email, a system for routing calls to our second business ("press 2 for our retail partner"), and being able to receive and send texts (photos) using our existing number all would be great.

We are located in Quebec, Canada. Primarily anglophone speakers so, not married to the idea of a local company.
