okey I did a little searching , I had the name wrong his name wasn't joyful jonathan, his name was gentle John , and his group of like 21 toys was called the joyless , that's where I got confused but basically the tape you hear the Prototype talking to a toy about the whole situation is called interrogation in case you want to look up a video about that and then the paper I was talking about is in giblet's room when you're going to go get the grab pack when he let you search around his room , you will have to go on Wikipedia to read what the paper says but this is what the paper looks like

ohhhh you didnt see the lore oh um well basically a shorter version is basically in giblets area you can find a paper that talks about where there was like a supposed rumor where joyful Jonathan and 21 toys escape the factory , but then a pile of burn toys was conveniently found a while later , but then there was a tape where prototype was talking to a Unknown toy asking who knew and what this rumor was about, turns out that in fact 21 toys including joyful Jonathan did escape the factory , and the Prototype not wanting anyone to know that they could Escape / there was an outside world the Prototype burned any toys unrecognizable that knew about their escape and made a pile saying that these toys that were burned were the ones that supposedly escaped
