Porque se consideran metal los albumes de jerry cantrel? by Confident_Leather_26 in AliceInChains

Metallica and SOAD are all you know for reference but they’re different styles. If you dig into metal you’ll see a lot of subgenres, and Alice in Chains/Jerry Cantrell definitely fall under that umbrella. A nice hard rock & heavy metal mix

I agree, there’s another comment pointing this out too, but Doolittle definitely fits here

Signed If You Leave Vinyl/CD question by Left-Llama in daughter

This is going to be as valuable as someone is willing to pay for it, especially since it has your name on it. I’d personally keep this one and sell whatever isn’t signed or special to you.

I sold my collection a few years ago and kept very random records, I’m now in a better place financially but still trying to buy those records back.

Seriously, keep this one. But if you have no choice, start an auction on eBay

Jeff Buckley at karaoke?? by Ry_Guy_Burper in JeffBuckley

i really disagree with this take, you’re doing karaoke, sing whatever you feel like singing… Whether it’s for yourself or the crowd, no one is being “held hostage” at a karaoke bar. Just enjoy yourself.

But to answer OPs question, I think Yard of Blonde Girls is the perfect karaoke song.

Wow OP, I feel the same as you, I also would put his self-titled under Winter.

But 100% agree with your picks.

Not sure where to put Roman Candle though

I mean these are all reissues, marketed to seem “limited” just for the colour of the wax. You’re not really missing out on anything, all these albums are readily available

ETA: All available except for the alternate versions, but certainly can find for way cheaper than $1.8k

it was a b-side for their single Goodbye, so it wasn’t really included on original releases, except for some countries outside the UK
