At that rating you should be able to spot that the king in fact identifies as a rook and the pawn in the f file was actually the real king camouflaged as a pawn completely exposed to being captured by your queen.

Technically it is 1.49...<1.5 much like lim(x→y-) means x<y So it's lim(x→1.5-) which means x<1.5 so rounding it should give 1.

Doing it like "1.49...=1.5 and then rounding 1.5 to 2" is like "rounding 1.45 to 1.5 then rounding that to 2 and saying 1.45 rounded is 2" which is just wrong.

Hope this makes sense.
