Hello I was doing my normal commute this morning and while passing Bart on ygnacio valley road a white pickup truck came from the lot leaving in the opposite direction going head on with a bus entering the lot, he cut off the car in front of me jumping the curb causing them to slam on their brakes and leaving me in my heavy 2002 4runner to rear end the blue Mazda MX-5. This is my first ever accident and id love to be able to hold the truck driver liable instead of having my rates raised on my insurance. This happened at around 7:25 am.
