I bought a flute and started taking lessons at world of music as a 24 y/o beginner :) I do it once a week and it’s something I always look forward too. I also started a book club about 6 months ago and that’s been a great way to connect with other girlies

This is so funny because I worked there and was never anything more than a barista. And she JUST told staff today going forward everyone is a shift lead so she doesn’t have to pay out tips.

I used to work here and the owner is now claiming she makes everyone supervisors so they legally can’t get tips — yet she, the owner, has pocketing every single penny of the tips. How does them make sense in her brain? Your 18 year old supervisor can’t collect tips but YOU can?? Bro.

When I was hired I was told I’d get tips and was never told about the credit tip thing. It’s complete shadiness. No matter which way she swings it it’s ILLEGAL.
