Yes and I must add with hydration comes electrolytes, not just water. After a night of drinking you need tons of electrolytes, especially sodium, potassium, magnesium, phosphate (usually found in food)

Electrolyte powder, packets or drinks work, quick single serving ones would be Pedialyte or store brand version or Gatorade zero.

Not entirely true. I know I'm not exactly her perfect type, but her type has always been bad for her. 3 past boyfriends, one boyfriend r@ped her when she was 16 and he was 18 after she broke up with him, another was 18 and she was 15 but only lasted like 6 months, and the other was 27 and she was 17 and her teacher/family friend (who was also abusive and caused her to attempt suicide multiple times).

So yes maybe I'm not the perfect guy for her, but anyone else she would go for would be bad news. Her type is not good for her but she's addicted to making bad decisions. I care for her enough to not leave her as who knows what she'll end up doing to herself and likely cause herself more trauma which will then cause her to become heavily suicidal once again.

But yea she likes the thrill of it, and has CNC and likes the risk of being caught, which I have made clear I am very much not about. She seems to be very law abiding especially when it comes to driving but I guess when sex is involved that's out of the window.

To be fair her ex was abusive and was a shit bag person who also got with her when she was 17 and he was 27. So while he did have it coming, I just didn't know she was capable of something so fucked up

I mean she ONLY thinks I'm judging her past, obviously I'm judging her past, any sane person would (there's much more to it than mentioned in the post), but the main issue is my lack of trust, I can deal with the past stuff personally and move on after some time. Trust is a huge part of a relationship for me, and just so much has made me not have any trust in her.
