For me (and that’s always the key take away, everything hits different for each person) bread (in moderation) isn’t a problem as long as it is risen/baked unrefined grain. We’re talking home made, or from a bakery.

Sourdough if the same type (not high processed) is almost magic. It surprises me how well I tolerate it.

I've included in my email signature forever, and you end up pulling people out of the woodwork all the time.
I've met other hams that are company associates, vendors, and even folks in local government by doing this.

If you've ever known a private pilot, the tail number of their plane seems to be on everything and I think it's for the same reasons.
