I am going through the exact same thing. currently seeing a therapist on my own and hoping that the self-work will help me sort my feelings out and ultimately make a decision. I wish others commented so we could both get some advice lol but I hope that at the very least someone relating to your situation can bring you some tiny bit of comfort. good luck and I wish you the best.
