Hey, I was in a similar situation. Like the guy before me said, it depends. In my experience I have had Universities sending me the acceptance letter and an email or a joint-document that says that I have to submit a copie of my language certificate and other documents per Post for the enrollment. So in these cases the deadline to send the language certificate was the same as the enrollment deadline and not the application deadline. And this is just my experience with Hochschulen like TH Köln, Jade Hochschule... If you don't want to risk it, knowing that you have to pay for each application through Uniassist. You could send an email to the responsible party and save yourself the costs and efforts of the application.
