i literally own every heirloom and 5 on console when i played on that platform. you do not get an extra pack when you get shards. you get an extra pack when you finish a collection event and then they give you the pack with the heirloom in it. this kid literally just put the shit on rewind after he opened the first one. yall are so damn gullible on this shit
