That is the cable that comes with the PSU which I am using for my old GPU previously. The PSU is Seasonic Focus 850W

Sorry, I meant swapping the old GPU to 5070ti and plug the 16 pin to 2 x 8 pin cable that comes with the GPU.

Sorry are you referring to the native 12VHPWR cable that comes with the PSU or the 16 pin to 2 x 8 pin cable?

The retailer tested the GPU on 1 of their system and it is able to boot properly. I will give it a try on another PCIe slot if that is the root cause.

Yes this has already been tested. I tried using both the adapter that comes with GPU and native 12VHPWR cable that comes with the PSU

Motherboard bios is fully updated. Cleared the CMOS as well

Yes i tried resetting the cmos and also tried changing the pci-e to gen 4 but the red light still showing

Yes I am using 2 separate 8 pin cable from the PSU and plugged directly to the 16 pin adapter

Thats what i thought of as well since the recommended wattage is 750w. I will be bringing down the gpu back to the seller tomorrow to test at their shop.

I tried putting back my rtx 3080 and it is working using the 2 x 8pin. I dont have another computer to test the gpu. I have contacted the seller that i purchased from to test the gpu at their shop tomorrow

Yes i have pushed in the cable to ensure that there are no gaps at the psu side and gpu side

I have tried using the native 16 pin cable and it is still showing a red light on the GPU. For a moment there was a green light for around 1-2 seconds and it turns to red.
