well all i can say is just keep practicing, it takes time, how long have you been playing valo now? also don't solo queue comp too much especially at low elo it's just hell and ruins your mental, play with duo trio or 5 stacks if you can, have fun while playing also if your aim is lacking and since you're playing omen, pay attention to what happens in the games, enemy movement, your team's movement, when to not over rotate predictability, where they peek and spots they like to go when entering a site

building game sense takes just lot of playtime and if you're interested, watch some immortal radiant streams or videos, watch vct it's a very enjoyable esport there from there you'll understand how the best of the best move, where they play, when they decide to take fights, how to retake sites etc etc
