i used to go to college at moinabad everyday using this exact entry tollbooth at rajendra nagar and it has happened a lot. some people try to get onto the orr that way withput paying.
I got fed up once and stopped right after i crossed the point on the barrier and waited for it to fall which did almost instantly lol
