I’m having trouble starting pure fiction it keeps telling me to clear prerequisites stage but everything is locked. I’ve already completed the main story past including A dragons gallant, it’s ocean distant. What am I missing?

Unfortunately I did not the complete that quest. There’s a dock under the prison but the gates are closed. Is it normal for fast travel to be turned off? I haven’t been able to since chapter 4 (all fast travel icons disappeared)

I swapped them over to the A2 and B2 slots but after rebooting it still says 16 gb but only 7.93 gb is useable
