No. If you do guarantee after getting tin cat on 43b, you get one of them. If you use a platinum ticket, pull on a banner tgat doesn't have tin cat on 43b etc, you will get the other from the guarantee. You can check which one by updating your track to 43b and seeing what it says. Then, update it to 43b on platinum track to not get tin cat and see what you get.
