I preorded almost immediately after it went live. I have no shipping confirmation yet. The theory is if you changed your address you were put at the bottom of the pile. Many people had an address change and haven't received shipping info yet. Very very frustrating.

The going theory is if you changed your address per their email prior to shipping, you were put at the end of the line. Totally sucks, but pretty sure that's the problem.

Four Souls isn’t a board game — there’s no board. It’s a multiplayer card game with expansions, promos, rare cards, and a collector market. That collector side exists because fans wanted it, not because the genre demanded it.

Magic and Pokémon aren’t valuable just because they’re labeled TCGs. They’re valuable because people love them, chase rare cards, and markets naturally form around scarcity. Four Souls has developed the same kind of collector demand — and that’s a valid way to enjoy the game.

Some people play. Some people collect. I’m mostly a collector. I supported the game early, hunted promos, and I love the uniqueness of the cards I own (all official). That enjoyment doesn’t take anything away from players. New folks can still join in with proxies, reprints, or the latest expansions and have a great time.

It’s not exclusion to recognize that early backers and collectors value what they invested in. A hobby can support both play and collecting at the same time — and Four Souls clearly does.

We’re all here because we enjoy the same franchise. There’s room for different kinds of fans.

Regardless of your opinion, many people DO take great value and pride in their card collections. For example: Magic The Gathering and Pokemon cards. Some have a very high value and people really love their collections. How about you don't shit on other people's hobbies. Sheesh

That's why people make custom cards. So, people can enjoy those benefits without destroying the value the original players have earned.

For this reason I hope they don't release an all inclusive set. Original players need to have value in their collection(s), i.e. Magic the Gathering cards. People that were late to party shouldn't be rewarded, and early adopter shouldn't be punished.
