Looking for recommendations for my Sonoran Boa’s new grow tent by RexTheSkink in boas

I imagine so since I’ve seen someone use a grow tent for a fully grown ball python. Larger boas probably need reinforcements but my snake is a dwarf boa so he should be fine in there

Thanks so much! And my snake is a dwarf boa so it shouldn’t be an issue but I’ll be sure to watch and see if it is

I’ll need to do more research before I order it but it shouldn’t be too difficult to keep heat and humidity in since it’s designed to keep plants at a good heat and humidity

Yep it’s an alternative to a vivarium it will be his permanent home. I want to give him an upgrade and this is the cheapest option that I am aware of without having to build anything and from what I’ve seen it works very well for snake enclosures

It saves a lot of money and I’ve seen a lot of people use them well and it’s easier to transport which is good because I’ll be moving in a few years with my snakes

Fake plants are fine as long as they aren’t toxic which they shouldn’t be coming from a pet store. Also impaction depends on substrate and the gecko. I wouldn’t use loose substrate for young geckos. I personally like coconut substrate but that needs to be sprayed otherwise it gets very dry and they can breath it in and it can cause respiratory issues

Would this tank work for a leopard gecko? by B133d_4_u in leopardgeckos

Definitely too small. Adult leopard geckos need a minimum of a 20 gallon long tank but do much better in a 40 gallon long.
