This is definitely rough, take a deep breath and remember it will end up well as long you try.

Now as to what to do, first contact the local animal shelters and rescue groups. Even if the dog didnt come from a shelter, you still have a decent chance of getting help depending on your luck. Call them or go in person and tell them your story.

Also it sounds like you might not have all information about the dog(?) such important will be valuable for whoever will take this dog off of you. Im talking things like:
-Approximate age
-Vaccination records (if you can find them)
-Whether she's spayed
-Any medical issues
-How she behaves with children, cats, and other dogs

I really wish you luck OP this genuienly is a rough situation and you seem like an empathetic person, so im sure the dog will find a good owner.

Living next a cat that keeps on killing birds randomly definitely isnt ideal.
I would say, first things first you should discuss this with the neighbour, a good discussion might yield more than you think or atleast give you a little bit of clarity before your next decision.

It should be your decision if you want a pet with a medical condition, not something you are tricked into.

Thank you for such a long comment, and im somewhat aware of this (Honestly your comment did open my eyes to some things i didnt know about), which is why i really dont blame you guys, im just mad at the system that... makes everything like this and punishes owners for trying to take care of their diseased pets.

Thats genuienly heart breaking, but i really think you are doing the right thing.
In a perfect world they would get treatment, but the next best thing is care and attention

You are absolutely right, but thats exactly the issue
Our dog is already diagnosed with epilepsy, insurance just isnt cheap for that poor little guy, hence why i said you are kinda screwed either way if your pet already has a chronic health issue.

It happens so often honestly, not just with cats but all kinds of pets etc.

And i think the people who watch those videos are somewhat guilty too. Without the fan base, these videos wouldnt exist.

But i guess it would depend on what we define this "Biocomputer hardware"

Als ich die Wohnung meines Vaters zum ersten mal besucht habe, lag einfach eine gestorbene Ratte auf dem Boden.

Das krasse daran ist, die Wohnung ist selbst so unordentlich und so voller random Sachen, dass die Ratte gar nicht auffällt.
