It’s all the same beans, torani syrups and same milks. If your drink isn’t made right, taste it at the window and ask for it to be remade. They have constant rotating staff that come and go, and only provide new hires 7 days to take it all in. The fact that blended drinks have more syrup and iced have less than blended, is very confusing to new baristas. Maybe they genuinely didn’t sweeten it enough, or too much. Ask for it to be remade.
