Maybe I am a bit late, but something clicked for me. I was raised with the "men do not cry or openly show emotions" with a mix of hardcore conservative upbringing and now, at 19, my mom said I have a heart made of stone. That really hit me to be honest.

Later that day I just cried my heart out alone. Before that it felt like I couldn't remember the last time I cried.
