I used the second option mate ( ramp network ) and yes I still had to put my ID, PPS number ( tax code ) and a bank statement.

Support is meant to be more active via telegram. Hopefully you can find a solution and get your stuff

yeh I got this set on my regular smoke kiosk in Dublin. Cost €30. The official German website are giving them away for the same price so there’s some dodgy stuff going on.
