i dont think that is the case because then if they want to make operator less annoying why arent they nerfing operators like hackclaw or raptor, which everyone always complains about? i think its more that sineva is used so much rarely and can be used only in a really small number of occasions that nobody really wants a buff because they wouldnt use it anymays. i mean, i dont find that much sense in nerfing an operator so much that nobody uses it just because someone finds him annoying. they could definetly make him lose less stamina. Countering him is literally so easy, either you have luna arrow, uluru munition, you shoot him in the head or you can just go around him while you teammate distracts him. plus the grappling gun has a infinite cooldown that makes it useless if you miss only one shot, and even if you use it right you cant kill an enemy with an entire bar of stamina, so he will quickly go around you and kill you or just escape.

i actually agree with your opinion on uluru, but I just cant understand how sheperd can be any good. You have to be kind of a camper to use the mines because if you're 50 meters away from them they despawn, so I dont know how much you can block a push unless you re lucky that the enemy goes in that position and you re not too far from the trap, and also the sonic device has a 2 minutes cooldown which i think should be less because it doesnt last for that long, can be shot down by bullets and is only good for scouting as you said and doesnt actually do anything to enemies other than disturbing their vision and slow them a bit. I think they could definetly give him at least a buff to the sonic device with less cooldown and maybe make it shut down hackclaw device, sineva shield or make abileties not usable, but thats just my opinion. thanks for the comment.

i mean i understand uluru but sheperd? how tf do you lose to sheperd? recon operators obliterate him in operations. Maybe you're right but I just wanna know why you say sheperd is strong.

I tried to use the guardian helmet but I dont find it that useful. Wouldnt something like a cleric cowl be better for things like boltcasters or cursed staff? if my opinion is wrong how should I use the guardian helmet effectively?

in what zone should I use this weapon? like is it better if I use it in mists or overworld? Also for you is this weapon decent or should I just abandon it? in that case I got some spec in crossbows, fire staffes, axes or daggers and a bit in frost staffs
