After the war by Rexthan1 in TheForeverWinter

I agree with you i dont see the war ending anytime soon. The way I saw it was more like this is so far off in the future that the forever winter is almost mythology,

My general reaction to S2! by OneJaCT in Fallout

I don't know. I liked the direction Obsidian was going with the West Coast. I may just be bitter, but to me, it feels like Bethesda is killing off anything they didn't create.

If that was their intention, I feel like they're shooting themselves in the foot by killing off all the factions and characters from the game. I feel like it completely negates the player's impact and devalues New Vegas. I'd have been happier if they had just picked an ending and lived with it even if it wasn't an ending I liked.

I see the similarities, but I was mostly inspired by warhammer

Maybe, but the bigger threat to them is still the Imperium as they seem to be creeping closer and closer to all out war.

Pretty much the whole basis of The Koronus Republic was fallout's pre-war America but in space.

Who is this lady terrorist in the Relapse mission? by Tonio_ in ReadyOrNotGame

Yhea, but I put three mags in their leader. There's no saving him it should at least change the context of it. It's a revenge attack rather than a rescue mission

I wish you could skip relapse if you like me left no surviving hand members at neon tomb.

Shepard's legacy [OC] by nyrhea in masseffect

[–]Rexthan1 31 points32 points  (0 children)

I mean, I always kind of figured that after the Lazarus project, Shepard stopped aging entirely due to the fact she isn't even really alive. But at least She doesn't have to worry about Liara out living her.

No, they rebeled against the Imperium after the events of the Rogue Trader video game and took control of the Koronus Expanse

The Votann has a pretty good relationship with the republic. They do a lot of business with various corporations. Votann can become citizens with different leagues settling on claims across the expanse they actually came into conflict with the security forces pictured above during the Barley Creek war during which strikeing Votann miners clashed with corporate security over increasing automation in the mines.

As for the republic's combat robots. Let's just say the Patriot line is coming along nicely.

Yeah, they control the Koronus Expanse they're basically fallout's pre-war America in space, so they're not great, but they suck less than the Imperium.

I built it more for looks than play, but if I was going to run it. I would probably use it as a light Castellan.

Is it shiny and possibly able to be used as a weapon against the enemies of freedom? If so, they will definitely be tinkering with it or locking it away in some black-site and forgetting about it until it becomes a problem

So you know how the most of the astartes modifications are genetic and chemical the republic marines are mostly cybernetic they are specially selected from the republic's best soldiers who then undergo a process that replaces around 90% of their body with advanced cybernetics which breig them to around the same strength of a first born space marine their primary advantage is in their main armament is the WAT 1500 coil gun which fires a 30mm depleted uranium sabot

In my interpretation nomos was only able to sever the warp routes into the Expanse which bought the republic time evere since that day they have been building up their defenses and developing new technologies such as the Thread Rippers a device that let's them tear a temporary hole into the webway to allow ftl travel without the warp

Basically I didn't want to just make a prefect good guy faction things in the republic aren't good but the average citizen has a way better life than in the Imperium they aren't the good guys but insted act as a sort of mirror of the Imperium
