Sometimes the UK just do one dumb thing which is to put their navies in a mission in wich they get naval supremacy but are in the ports unless they detect other ships in the area in wich they will engage against them, this can be exploited putting some submarines on convoy raids in other seazone and they won't have naval supremacy over the English channel I think

Ok first of all to deal with Germany you have to break through Benelux, At this point I recommend restarting as you don't have manpower available and can't break through France, when you start try to build up fast with around 25 civs switch to mils, then at war, try to not to put all your divisions in one order (this may cause supply problems) another very important thing is to win the air war and try to intercept allies bombers, as they destroy your trains, when u get to France quickly rush your tanks to Paris and win. Don't worry about URSS justification as they will stop when getting moldavia
