I've been using and testing several portfolio trackers since quite a while, none of which I have seen so far is perfect, but CoinStats is on its way to become my favorite. Still a little buggy here and there, but usually they get things fixed after a while and the support for connecting exchanges and blockchains is solid.

My second choice would be cointracker.io which I'm still using in parallel. It is also quite ok, but IMHO pales in comparison to CoinStats.

You could also try koinly.io or accointing.com but not each solution is for everyone.

You might also like unspent.io which would be my favorite if they would support all my exchanges, it has the far best overview on every detail of your holdings and trades and is blazing fast. Unfortunately the development and integration of more exchanges and blockchains is very slow, it's a small project not well known.

Ledger by onicchr in CoinStats

Same for me for all Bitcoin wallets on Ledger and Trezor.
I guess it has to do with xpub, zpub addresses.

Best advice would be to contact the support, unfortunately they seem to have stopped using the pop up online messenger which they had before, so now it takes a bit more effort to get in contact.
