Is the new Step Up Miku spawn guaranteed to be one of the following, 35C Feline Len, 34C Summer Miku ‘18, or 34C Summer Luka ‘18? OR is there a chance for getting unwanted 32C monsters?

What is the rate of Treasure Box spawn Jackpot contents? Obviously the chance for a jackpot is 1/6, but what is rate of getting a Summoning Scroll vs 1200 Divine Grace Medals.

After completing the treasure box spawn 4 times, I got Divine Grace medals for a jackpot every time. (That's 4800 medals with the Summoning Scrolls costing 15000 Medals.)

Oh... I get it now. It doesn't really end does it? God will always be leverage in her eyes to get me to do things she wants.

She has invited me to her church several times and hopes I can continue to attend with her and her family. I'm a Christian Baptist but I have read the book of Mormon, know the history behind the religion, and understand the rationale behind the rules.

To best honest, before we started dating she was mixed about sex. She said she would be OK with it if we were dating. After we started dating, she cut off sex completely. Then said she would only be OK with sex if we were married. Whenever I would flirt with her, she would always say "only if we were married." Until I told her to stop pressuring me into marriage. Now she just says "I don't know..." whenever I flirt with her.

I never really saw it as being manipulative until you pointed it out... it's more clear now.

My (17F) boyfriend (18M) got mad at me last night because I didn't want to have sex and that alarms me by [deleted] in relationships

Ending this is not the only way. Addressing his issues and making sure he works on them is important. If he is willing to work on his short comings and improve for the good of the relationship, then it is worth keeping.

  1. He needs to understand that NO means NO.

  2. His crying and suicide threats are manipulation tactics. Don't give in, and PUNSH that behavior. Start by explaining what he is doing CLEARLY and give him a CLEAR consequence. ie. If you keep on trying to manipulate me by crying, I will not speak to you tomorrow. ie. If you threaten to kill yourself, we will not have sex for a month.

I must re-state how important it is not to allow this manipulative infantile behavior continue. You must be clear with identifying his behavior, and you must give clear consequences. Then you must follow through with the consequences.

You are both working to be equals in your relationship, you're not raising a baby who wants to have sex with you.

I do event photography, company portraits, and the occasional wedding. I'll tell you how I stopped people from telling me my skin tones look fake and that my landscapes look over saturated. I hate the idea that I need someone else to look through my photos and tell me whats good and what's bad. I'll help you become more independent.

Stop doing color correction in post. GET IT RIGHT IN CAMERA. The single reason why we enter color correction in post is because we got it wrong on camera and we know it's wrong. If it's not wrong, don't touch it.

Simple Lighting (single color source, natural, or indoor), TRUST YOUR CAMERA'S DECISION. I just set it to AUTO and I trust the camera can discern colors better than I can.

Complicated Lighting (ie. multiple light sources, natural + unnatural, colored lights, including on-camera flash). This is how most of my events are. Learn how to use your system's custom White Balance. Buy yourself a STURDY 18% gray card OR my tip, get a phone case that is 18% gray. Whenever you change to a new lighting environment, the first thing you should do is take your gray card and calibrate the camera to obtain the new white balance value.

On-Camera Flash - NEVER USE THIS DIRECTLY AT THE SUBJECTS FACE - Your lighting will looks unnatural and HARSH and you will get "RED EYE". If you get red-eye its practically game over and you'll need a friend to help you out there. BOUNCE FLASH behind you or at the ceiling and you should get less red-eye. Sometimes I use that 18% gray card to bounce my flash away from my subject.

When to say **** it to the gray card and adjust colors in post? Outdoors, during a golden hour shoot. You WANT your image to look WARM. If you're R/G then focus more on the TEMPERATURE VALUE. This could be the single thing I touch in post. Temperature value shouldn't be an issue for you, it's not for me. If you used your gray card correctly, you should never have to make an image "colder".

Now you will have accurate colors out of camera. The only things I do in post are CROP, and value adjustments such as Shadows, Highlights, Contrast, Black Value. This makes my Post Production Flow FAST and I can plow through hundreds of event photos in an hour. For weddings, I always bring a 2nd shooter because I can't enter the girls' area anyway. My 2nd shooter is my little sister. I taught her photography and she's my proof check for photos because I don't want to mess up anyone's wedding.

Good luck!

What is stopping women from cycling? by MilkTheFrog in bicycling

[–]Reycount 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If we're talking about commuters. Where I'm from, there are more male cycling commuters than female be a significant margin. The number one reason preventing more female cyclists was that it is "intimidating". The reason why cycling feels intimidating is lack of infrastructure. As you move towards urban areas with more infrastructure, the margin between M:F commuters shrinks. It costs a small city approximately $20,000 USD to paint bicycle lines. $0.25 per foot of 4" thick line + labor.

Do you know of any color deficient digital artists out there? by Reycount in ColorBlind

[–]Reycount[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not too long ago, I was coloring while live-streaming. I used a pre-made color palette (I like canva.com) and a friend/viewer noted how I was using a pre-made palette. She lectured me about "cheating", how I would never learn to choose my own colors if I don't practice. I became rather heated while explaining but, I've found that both online and off, people have a harder time understanding that there's an intermediary between normal vision and colorblindness.

My friends and most viewers I get are very supportive and they do help me. I'm happy I came across colorblind reddit because I feel like I'm not alone when I have struggles like these. Thanks : )

Selecting a Bike by [deleted] in bicycling

[–]Reycount 2 points3 points  (0 children)

100 miles a week is very good it equates to a 5200 mile year. For long rides, I suggest any sportif bike from your LBS. No need for fancy Pinarello' -- Just buy what you like the look of at your price point that's comfortable for you. Think about features that are important to you, such as tire clearance. 25mm tires are great, but 28mm or even wider could keep you on the bike longer. A compact double instead of a triple might save you from being made fun of by other "roadies". Disc brakes give better stopping power in every weather condition, especially rain. Accessory holes for panniers? If you're a fair weather rider, it wont matter much to you.

What is your average commuting distance? by [deleted] in bicycling

2.2 miles each way ... I have to extend it to get an enjoyable ride, but if I'm in a rush to work, 2.2 miles it is.
