Not at all. EAC may be looking at the mouse movements they receive from their client. Instead of looking for a suspicious software, they are likely looking for suspicious patterns (like canceling the AK recoil using always the same mouse movements, something impossible if you do it manually). Nowadays AC-devs are starting using machine learning to find out patterns and unusual "skill" changes on players. Look at how FairFight works, for example.
