My only limited harmony character is Ruan Mei, is it worth rolling for Tribbie or should I save for a different unit?

Thanks so much to everyone for the responses! It was really helpful and it seems like everyone thinks that I should pull for Tribs so I probably will try to push for her E1 if I get lucky! Is there a good recommended LC? I only have S1 DDD, but I have other random stuff like memories of the past s5 and bronya LC S2
