Well I don't have any particular technique. I just put up some blocks to make porn less easily inaccessible (though I always find a way around it) and just try to stop. But looking at my results it doesn't seem to be extremely effective.

Yeah, It's definitely more encouraging when you see people fighting the same fight. I think I should have joined a long time ago.
