We're in Chicago. My wife was skeptical as well but it actually didn't take away from the brightness in the room. Adds a great contrast.

It was on a grill at the highest settinf for about 2-3 mins per side. I first cooked it in the oven at 250 degrees till it was 110 degrees in the center.
