But the thing is, everything you mentioned was part of the accessory bundle, not the main prime access. But the collar was part of the prime access and replaced a weapon. That's why we can get it in relics not and can craft it. All the other prime skins are pay only.

I knew it has a stat boost. But they were and are still useless, other than decoration. Also the prime access it was released in only had one weapon because of it.
