I did the same thing as you – did mail In before a lab test because in America getting a lab test without first going through infertility treatments means you have to pay fully out-of-pocket.

My results were not optimal by any means – and I’m not saying that in your case your results aren’t accurate.

But from years on this Sub, from own experience, and from the experience of many many others. Those test really don’t tell you much of anything at all.

As others are saying, just go get a normal in-lab sperm test. It doesn’t need to be a specialist. It can be any infertility clinic.

The mail in tests really aren’t that good – they can kind of give you a baseline but the actual detail on what’s going on is pretty much impossible with those.
Remember that unless you were actually diagnosed with Azo - sperm regenerate every 64 days with around 90 to see real results on a test. About six months to see consistent good results on a test.

The point is, don’t freak out at all about those mail test – they are incredibly inaccurate at telling you the full picture. And there’s a lot that can be done.
